I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia with a Master's degree from Virginia Tech. I have also been trained in Addictions and had special training in Sex Addictions.

1. Phone coaching is fast! Most therapists need 2-4 weeks to fit you in for an appointment. When you are hurting, is waiting that long an option? Many people give up on treatment while waiting.
2. Coaching by phone is convenient to your schedule. A therapy appointment includes travel time, lost time at work, arranging child care, etc. Coaching takes place in the comfort, convenience and privacy of your home.
3. Phone coaching is private - there is no sharing information with insurance and having the information entered into a national medical database.
