I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Virginia and have a graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Virginia Tech. I have extensive experience in working with individuals, couples and families. I am trained in Family Systems therapy, Play therapy, Solution-focused brief therapy and sexual addiction. My work has mainly been in areas of Addictions, depression, anxiety, trauma, and intimate relationships. I have a holistic and systems approach to therapy which includes the physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual and family aspects of the individual’s life.
